Anxiety & Depression

Struggling to get out of bed, losing interest in activities you once enjoyed, or finding it hard to stay engaged in daily life can feel overwhelming. Whether you are navigating persistent worry, heavy low moods, or the exhaustion of simply trying to keep up, we are here to help.

First-Gen, Immigrant & Cross-Cultural Experiences

Navigating life between different worlds, cultures, or generations brings unique pressures. Drawing on my own bi-cultural background and specialized training, I offer an affirming space to reconcile cultural expectations and build a life authentic to you.

Value-Aligned Action & Purpose After Trauma

When major disruptions or trauma leave you disconnected from your purpose, therapy becomes a space to reclaim your voice — reconnecting with your values and creating clear, actionable steps forward.

Health & Medical Trauma

Navigating complex medical diagnoses, chronic conditions, and physical health changes takes its own kind of emotional toll. We’ll process that experience and rebuild a sense of stability in your body and routine.

Relationship & Conflict Management

Learning to communicate effectively, handle interpersonal conflict directly, and break unhelpful relational cycles — with partners, family, or coworkers.

Stress & Life Transitions

Managing workplace burnout, relocation, or evolving family dynamics — support for the in-between moments that don’t always feel like they warrant therapy, but do.

My clinical approach

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Rather than only revisiting the past, ACT is active, practical, and solution-focused. Sessions combine mindfulness tools with emotional processing to help you regulate your nervous system, notice and break negative thought loops, and take concrete steps toward the life you actually want.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College with specialized clinical training focused on Latinx communities, and bring seven years of mental health experience, including extensive work in medical settings.
