LICSW · Massachusetts LCSW · Texas

I offer online therapy sessions across both Massachusetts and Texas, working with individuals ready to break free from anxiety, set firm boundaries, and navigate major life and cultural transitions.

My Approach & Background

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, with specialized clinical training focused on Latinx communities, and bring seven years of mental health experience, including extensive work in medical settings. My practice provides an inclusive, grounded space for individuals across diverse cultures, religions, ages, and gender identities.

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our sessions are active, practical, and solution-focused. We combine mindfulness tools and emotional processing to help you regulate your nervous system, break negative thought loops, and take practical steps toward a fulfilling life.

My Core Specialties

Anxiety & Depression

Struggling to get out of bed, losing interest in activities you once enjoyed, or finding it hard to stay engaged in daily life can feel overwhelming. Whether you are navigating persistent worry, heavy low moods, or the exhaustion of simply trying to keep up, we are here to help.

First-Gen, Immigrant & Cross-Cultural Experiences

Navigating life between different worlds, cultures, or generations brings unique challenges and pressures. Drawing from my own bi-cultural background and specialized training, I offer an affirming space to help you reconcile cultural expectations, manage identity shifts, and create a life authentic to you.

Value-Aligned Action & Purpose After Trauma

When major life disruptions or trauma leave you feeling disconnected from your purpose, therapy becomes a space to reclaim your voice. We focus on identifying what is within your control, reconnecting with your core values, and creating clear, actionable steps to move forward with clarity and empowerment.

Other Areas of Focus

  • Health & Medical Trauma — navigating complex medical diagnoses, chronic conditions, and physical health changes.
  • Relationship & Conflict Management — learning to communicate effectively, handle interpersonal conflict, and break unhelpful relational cycles.
  • Stress & Life Transitions — managing workplace burnout, relocation, and evolving family dynamics.
Start building a life aligned with your values.

Whether you’re looking to set firmer boundaries, navigate a major cultural shift, or regain clarity after a difficult transition, therapy can help you regain control.
